Mish Guru can currently only support receiving and, therefore, autoforwarding content that is sent via "Direct snap," not snaps sent in via Chat or sent from Camera Roll or Memories.
Direct Snaps are any snaps that are taken live and then sent to the desired account using the blue icon at the bottom righthand corner of the Snap, immediately after its created.
You can also see what kind of content you have sent and received inside of Snapchat using the following colour coding system:
Snaps with audio will have a pink arrow next to them after you've sent them, next to the intended receiving account. Likewise, a pink square indicates your account has received a direct snap with audio.
Snaps without audio will have a purple arrow next to them after you've sent them, next to the intended receiving account, and similarly, a pink square next to a user indicates that your account has received a direct snap without audio.
Snaps sent via chat will have a blue arrow next to them after you've sent them, next to the intended receiving account. Blue squares indicate a chat.
Snapchat automatically sends all content from Camera Roll or Memories in the same way that Chats are sent, which is why Mish Guru can only receive content that is live-snapped and directly sent.
Fortunately for you, our CS team has come up with workarounds to help you ensure that you can manage much of your content within Mish Guru, so if you are in a quandary about how to collect UGC or interact with your followers, give us a shout and we'll brainstorm together!
